The history of Kriegistan is well know regionally, but the story of conflict and peace may not be familiar to the international community which has only recently started to pay attention to the People’s Republic of Kriegistan.

At the suggestion of the Board of Reconciliation and Recrimination a nationwide competition was run to design a new flag for our Glorious Nation. The winner was a small child from the south end of the country with her fusion of many of the key themes of our republic.

Based on the historic green to signify the green fields of farming and crop culitvation, the modern influences of development are represented by the yellow stripe.
